Improvisation. The mere mention of the word makes many people quake with fear at the prospect of chaos and uncertainty. The fact is, though, human beings are improvising almost every minute of their lives it is more natural, and more filled with possibility, than you might imagine.

On stage, improvisational actors use simple rules, collaborative principles, and game constraints to build unscripted yet intriguing storylines. This book explores how those same simple rules and principles can help agile teams collaborate more effectively and how purposefully working within constraints can unlock creativity.

The thing I like about the book the most
By LEE J STREET
For any Scrum master, Agile coach, Scrum trainer or for any interested individuals in Agile this is well worth the read.

The thing I like about the book the most, is it makes you step back and think about your team, your organization and yourself in your Agile environment. I always asked myself when reading this book was "If my team/organization was an improv show, what would it really look like?"

The book is an easy read, which is broken down to incremental build as you flow through the book.

Paul is an experienced agilist, who in the book relates to real life struggles he has had with Agile teams and we all have in our agile related roles

There are many different techniques you can take away and work with your teams. The book is something you wont read once, you will use it as a reference to tackle all the different issues we have.

Great book!
